1️⃣ Complete the form — Report all incident details thoroughly.

2️⃣ Prioritization — Health & Safety Officer and Maintenance Manager will review, prioritize, and schedule corrective work.

3️⃣ Management review — Information will be discussed during management and OHS meetings.

4️⃣ Legal compliance — The same information will be used for required legal reporting.

⚠️ Important: Any incident that is not reported will not be prioritized.
